Solid Wooden Floor Board Use and Maintenance
1. After floor pavement, it should be check and accept in 3 days and live at the house in 10 days. Keep the relative humidity from 50% to 65% in door. If no one live there after pavement, please keep the room ventilation or open the moistener or the board will be contraction or cracking for the dry air. Please do not cover the board with plastic cloth, news paper, etc.
2. Keep the floor board dry, clean, keep from the water or moisture. If there are some smut on the floor, please clean with wring cotton mop without soda water, soap water and other corrosive liquid.
3. Waxing once every 3-6 mouth. Method: firstly, clean the board with half wet cleaning cloth and than waxing. Keep the wax covered on the board surface evenly. Then after a little dried, the cloth could clean on the board back and forth till the floor smooth and translucent.
4. If spay some water on the floor, please clean the board with soft cloth as soon as possible.
5. Keep from under the sun and straight blow in order to prevent to dry the board to make the board contraction or cracking or change color.
6. Do not leave some Fir Pad such as dog-end or match on the floor board in order to burn the surface of board. Keep away some sharp goods on the floor.
7. Over weight good should be put stably. All furniture and weight goods should not be pulled on floor.
8. If you open air-conditions for a long time, you should adjust the humidity level.
Solid Laminate Floor Board Use and Maintenance
1. Keep the floor board dry and keep from the dripping mop, soda water, soap water or it will change the color of the painting. If the air is dry, please open the humidifier.
2. Avoid under the sun or it will old and cracking before the service time after the long times ultraviolet radiation
3. If there are some smut on flooring, if it is oil, you could use the clean with little washing-powder; if it is medicine or paint, please clean them as soon as possible.
4. Do not spay some water especially the hot water. If do so, please dry it as soon as possible.
5. Waxing once every 3 mouth. Do clean the board before waxing.
6. Keep away sharp goods and dog end or hot goods; prevent to pull some heavy furniture.
Laminate Floor Board Use and Maintenance
1. Every wooden board will change the water ratio with the environment, please keep the humidity level.
2. Do not need to wax or painting, you should not polish with sand paper
3. We suggest you to lay a mat beside the door, to prevent the dusting on the floor.
4. Please clean the besmirch and oil board with professional cleaner
5. After dusting, please clean the board with moisture clean clothing.
6. In the please of dry area, please increase the humility level in winter.
